Commercial Jobsite Delivery Driver

As a Jobsite Delivery Driver, this position works closely with Plant and Field Personnel, and takes direction from the Plant Foreman. The Delivery Driver is to load and / or assist with loading and unloading of materials and supplies in the Plant and Jobsites or from Vendors.



  • Able to drive all types of Company Vehicles and safely pull all types of Company Trailers.
  • Load and / or assist with the loading and delivery of materials and supplies in accordance with company standards.
  • Responsible for securing material and / or supplies for safe transportation.
  • Assist with fabrication and prep in the Commercial Plant as needed.
  • Load truck and maintain inventory.
  • Assist in maintaining vehicle and trailer cleanliness, inspection readiness, and maintenance, in accordance with company policies.,
  • Follow work-schedules and deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as required.





  • Must maintain a current driver’s license and driving record must qualify for insurance under the Company’s current carrier and policy. Deviation from this requires the approval of the Manager of Commercial Operations.



  • High school diploma or equivalent.



  • One year following a 6-month training period at Anchor Ventana or 18 months of verifiable experience in their assigned trade.  Deviation from this is subject to review.


  • Has the ability to safely operate a company truck and trailer.
  • Can safely handle and secure required materials.
  • Able to safely operate different types of forklifts as required.
  • Able to use GPS to efficiently route needed deliveries.
  • Capable of speaking, reading and writing in English.
  • Able to communicate adequately and follow directions.
  • Proficient in the use of the products, tools, and procedures utilized in the trade. Behavior and quality of work exceeds standards.



  • Able to lift and carry 75 pounds, including up a flight of stairs.
  • Able to maintain a squatting position for extended periods.
  • Able to stand and walk at minimum 8 hours a day.
  • Able to climb an extension ladder.
  • Able to sit in a company vehicle for extended periods of time.
