The bath tub door install has been completed and, I have to say, from the many contractors that came by since I move in two months ago, your people were the most respectful, considerate, showed outstanding professionalism and I think they did a great job. Would gladly recommend Anchor-Ventana to anyone looking for nice glass installations.

I have never been as impressed with the quality and professionalism of a company as I have been with Anchor-Ventana Glass. From the person who measured to the crew that installed, everyone was courteous and also the installers did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I was also impressed with the quality of their product.

I just wanted to take a second and let you know how much I appreciate Michelle. As I am sure you are aware, she is always on top of things and goes out of her way to be helpful. When things get put in her hands I can check that off my list because I know she is working on it and is going to get it done. That may not sound like much but it is a wonderful feeling from my end. I think she should get a fancy vacation to somewhere exotic. Wait a second scratch that. If she is gone to said vacation then she will not be there to do what she does so, lets just go with a bonus or something. Thank you.

Also, the fellows that did the installation were very nice and really did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. Mike the fellow that did the measurement was a very nice guy too and seemed to be very experienced. Thanks to all of you. I have recommended and personally used the services of Anchor-Ventana and have been very happy with their attention to detail and warranty. When a manufacturer of back painted glass went out of business and their glue started showing through the glass, Anchor Ventana replaced the glass and researched an alternate glue to complete the project.
Finally… I found a company that’s willing to work with me instead of one that only wants to sell their products. Everyone I’ve had the opportunity to work with there has been terrific. I remodeled my bathroom; they helped me pick the perfect shower. NOW I HAVE MY OWN SPA BATH. Thank you for all your help!!
Anchor-Ventana – Wow! What a great experience. We recently had seamless shower enclosures installed in our home. The professionalism and customer service we received was second to none. The experience was outstanding. As a customer we were updated on the order on a regular basis. Loved it, and would highly recommend AV.
Anchor-Ventana did a terrific job replacing an older shower door with a frameless one and creating three lovely beveled mirrors for my master bathroom. I received estimates from other companies, and AV was more reasonable and much more professional. It’s worth a trip to Round Rock to see their extensive showroom. Our salesperson there, Christy, was very helpful and kept track of the job throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I intend to call AV for window glass replacement, too. A contractor had told me that glass replacement for my windows and patio doors was not possible–and that I’d have to put in new windows and new doors now that the seals were broken on the double glass panes. AV said it was not a problem to replace the glass. I look forward to that work. I can strongly recommend Anchor-Ventana in Round Rock.
